Reservations, Prices, and Policies

Prices are for single and double occupancy per night in U.S. dollars*. Taxes are 6% Pennsylvania state tax and 3% Tioga County excise tax.

* $10.00 per night for each additional adult. Children 15 and under stay free.

Note  - We need your credit card information in order to reserve a room, but it will not be charged until after your arrival. See Payment below.

Payment  - You may pay by cash, check, MasterCard, or Visa. (Sorry, we do NOT accept Discover or American Express.) After your arrival at our home you may pay with a different credit card than was used to reserve the room.

We ask that you allow us to swipe your credit card through our credit card processing machine in an effort to prevent data entry errors.

Check-In  - 5:00pm to 9:00pm, or please call to make other arrangements.

Check-Out  - by 11:00am, unless other arrangements are made.

Children  - Children 15 and under are welcome and stay for free.

Pets  - We will accept some pets. Please call us to discuss. NOTE: We have two indoor/outdoor dogs of our own. They are both Cocker Spaniels. Click here to see a picture of them. There is also a cat in the house, but she seldom leaves her bedroom.

Cancellations  - You will not be charged if you cancel at least two days in advance or we are able to rebook the room.

Smoking  - This is a NON-SMOKING facility, although you are permitted to smoke on the grounds outside. (But please properly dispose of your cigarette butts.)
